We have a very nice very large fully renovated apartment on the first floor, near Mainstrasse in Covington.

This apartment is the entire first floor of a nicely renovated three story brick building. The apartment has five large rooms which can be used in several configurations. The front three rooms are connected by pocket doors and can be used as separate spaces or as one large area. The rear rooms are the kitchen and a large private room which could be either a dining room or a bedroom. The Bathroom is off the hallway in the middle of the apartment. This apartment can be used as a three bedroom, two bedroom, or a single. As a single you could leave the pocket doors open and have a 600 sf combined space, with a private bedroom and kitchen.
