The owner pays the heat and hot water fuel. The tenant pays the gas for the gas-log fireplace, and the electric for the apartment including any window unit air conditioners used. There is a charge for water and sanitation based on the number of occupants. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted except by specific written permission and additional deposit. Parking is off street for two cars, there is a coin operated laundry in the basement, and pool access is in the backyard.
