Towards the front of the apartment you will find both a  large living room and bedroom both with original mantles and inlaid hardwood floors. The bedroom can be used as a dining room or living room and is private from the apartment when its pocket doors are closed. To the rear of the apartment from the foyer you will find a private bedroom with Mantle and hardwood, as well as a modern kitchen from IKEA complete with dishwasher and modern fixtures. There is a large pantry in the kitchen and a back door to a small porch. The bathroom is very large and has modern fixtures and cabinetry.             The landlord pays water and sanitation and hot water fuel. The tenant pays gas and electric including the central ac and heating. There is a coin operated laundry room in the basement, as well as limited storage. Parking is on street with two rear off street spaces. Pool access is one block away at our office. Cats are welcome with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted except by specific written permission and additional deposit.
